Posted 12-03-2008 at 11:10 PM by autumngal

for goods or services they received if the company in which is delivering the goods or services fails to charge the consumer or mistakenly undercharges? Or does it fall on the responsibility of the company to make sure consumers are charged for goods or services rendered?

I am pretty sure we all have been witness to being undercharged at sometime, or not charged at all for purchases of services or goods. I have always viewed it as it is the merchants' responsibility. Once the parties...

Obama speech 01-09-2009

Posted 01-19-2009 at 11:14 AM by connor1237

OK I watched the speech on CSPAN. Here I go: If you get a chance to hear it again, please do, and listen carefully to every word. I didn't record or watch it a second time so I may have missed a few things but........Same ol' shit. He is a brilliant speaker because he knows how to say the obvious and make it seem like it has substance. Why so silent all of a sudden?
Where have all of the people gone?

It seems like everything is disappearing
Like nothing on this earth is worth fighting for
Like people just don't care anymore...
